Partner Profile : Nicholas Kilpatrick
Nicholas was born in 1953 and is married with three children.
After graduating from the University of Dundee he served his apprenticeship
with Brodies of Edinburgh. In 1977 he returned to Ayr to join the family firm
of Kilpatrick & Wilson - becoming a partner in 1978.
He has served as the Secretary of the local Enterprise Company and is currently
Secretary of the Farmers Wildlife Advisory Group (FWAG). Partner Profile :
John Walker
After graduating from the University of Aberdeen, John Walker trained with
the Glasgow firm of Biggart Baillie, returning to Ayr in 1988. John is married
to Rosemary and they have three young children.
An active church member, John is much involved with local charities, serving
as Company Secretary of the local Council for Voluntary Organisations and as
Secretary / Treasurer of the Ayrshire Society for the deaf.

property, and upon the incorporation and management of Limited Companies,
together with partnerships and other businesses.

Scotland.
Nicholas Kilpatrick is a member of their Agricultural Law Panel and gives advice

With an ever more complex taxation regime, together with the potential for

interview with one of the partners to prepare a Will could save many hours
of worry for beneficiaries when a client dies. K&W are fully able to attend
to the administration of the estate to ensure that the wishes of the client
are put into effect, quickly and efficiently. A large number of Trusts are
administered by the practice. The partners frequently work with Chartered Accountants
to ensure client's affairs are as tax efficient as possible.
